A refund is a customer’s request to receive the amount paid for a service.
- REASONS FOR REFUND
– The purchased service is out of range or production availability and it is not possible to deliver another one with similar characteristics and equal or higher price.
– An incorrect amount has been charged to the customer, the refund is applied for the difference.
– To request a refund, you will be asked for the following information, which you can send by email, chat or phone:
– Order number with which you purchased your product.- Description of the service and / or order.
– Reason for which the refund is requested.
Payment method with which the purchase was made.
Once the reception of the return request has been confirmed, we will proceed to the review process, the reception of the request does not imply the authorization of the return.
– The return requests will be analyzed and the customer will be notified both in the cases of processing and in the cases of not proceeding with the return and the reasons.
The estimated times to process a Refund once authorized are:
